Order & Shipping Information
We’re open 24/7 online and dispatch orders worldwide every business day. Below is everything you need to know about your order.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with most orders packed and dispatched within 0–2 business days.
Click & Collect
Our warehouse is not open to the public.
Click & Collect is available for customers with active orders once you receive a “Ready to Collect” notification. Collection is by appointment only.
Shipping Times
Australia (Domestic):
- 1–2 business days (majority of orders)
- 3–5 business days (rural or peak periods)
International:
Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Partial Shipments
- Australia: Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels to get items to you faster. No extra cost applies.
- International: Orders are shipped once all items are ready to go together.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch, as the carrier needs to scan the parcel into their system.
Shipping Delays
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, peak periods, customs, or carrier disruptions).
For the most accurate updates, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Our team has limited visibility once the parcel is in transit, so the carrier will be best placed to assist with detailed tracking updates or delivery enquiries.

Incorrect Address / Return to Sender
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or outdated address, it may be returned to us.
We’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Cancellations & Changes
We’re unable to guarantee order cancellations or changes once an order has been placed, as orders are processed quickly.
We do not accept cancellations for:
- Change of mind
- Finding items cheaper elsewhere
- Missed discounts or promo codes
- No longer needing the item
If a cancellation is approved, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, and refunds may be issued as store credit where applicable.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
This means any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
