NGK Laser Iridium Spark Plug – 1 Step Colder (95770 / formerly 5992)

OEM NGK Laser Iridium spark plug – the same part used in BMW factory servicing. This version is 1 step colder than Bosch plugs, making it a solid upgrade for tuned N54 and N55 engines running higher boost or making more power.

Note: NGK has changed the part number from 5992 to 95770. These plugs have been discontinued by NGK – we now recommend switching to the [NGK 97506 (2 step colder)] for high-power setups.

Ideal For:

  • Tuned N54 and N55 BMWs

  • Higher-than-stock boost applications

  • Racing setups where improved knock resistance is needed

Performance Notes:

  • Tighter gap and exposed electrode help reduce misfires under high load

  • Shorter lifespan than Bosch (15–20k miles vs. 20–30k)

  • Spark plug gap must be manually set – suggested: 0.022"

  1. Your points and rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.

  2. Under the points programme, one point will be rewarded for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases of products on our website. The current redemption value of the reward points is 1 point = 1 cent.

  3. All Reward Points will expire 1 year from the date they were awarded to your account, following which such unused and expired reward points will be automatically deducted from the balance of your reward points at the relevant time and you will no longer be able to access or use them.

  4. If, after you have earned reward points on a product, you later require a refund, the reward points you earned in respect of the refunded product will be deducted from your account when the products have been received by us and your payment has been refunded.

  5. Reward points are for your personal use only and cannot be transferred, brought, sold or in any way traded.
