Controller:

The controller is the brains of the WMI system! For those equipped with a normal JB4 system you'll select the FSB controller which allows the JB4 to directly run the WMI pump and solenoid for optimal mapping, control, and safety. For those running our all new JB4PRO system (large silver metal box) we've built the FSB control in so you only need the JB4PRO wiring harness! And finally for those running flash only or non-JB4 solutions we offer the AEM universal WMI controller.

The key to a safe and effective Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) setup is tuning integration. All BMS kits integrate to the JB4 tuning system allowing for precise mapping based on boost, throttle position, engine speed, intake temperature, advance, gear, and other data elements available to the JB4 through its CANbus system. In addition, a pump flow signal is fed back to the JB4 allowing for a safe and smooth progressive boost mapping. If the tank runs empty or flow drops for any reason the JB4 will safely back down performance to avoid knock. In addition, WMI can be activated or disabled from the driver’s seat, will automatically disengage during traction control or safety map situations, and WMI flow data can be displayed in dash and/or via your JB4 Mobile logging device.

All kits include the BMS WMI pump made by Aquatec to our specifications. Capable of supporting 200psi or more with a proven track record of performance and reliability, Aquatec is the industry standard for WMI pumps! The BMS WMI solenoid and filter system is also included with all kits. 

BMS offers a variety of water methanol (WMI) tanks, both for universal use, and vehicle specific fitment. Our most popular tank options are the 1.25 gallon universal, and the 2 gallon universal. The 1.25g is meant to be mounted against a flat surface with the pump mounted below, while the 2g can be mounted anywhere in the trunk and includes an integrated pump mount and baffle providing a very clean easy to install package. This kit upgrades your Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) plastic lines to stainless steel BMS Elite braided lines. They feature an inner teflon seal for leak free operation, stainless steel braid, and a black outer nylon mesh for abrasion resistance and a stealthy look. These lines not only look great they are also equipped with BMS Elite AN fittings and can withstand extreme pressure and temperature conditions.

Injection Nozzle Options: (Single or Dual Nozzles)

The nozzles are determined by the intended power and how many bungs your charge pipe has. The nozzles are 1/8” NPT and screw into bungs included on most aftermarket charge pipes. Our "super atomizing" nozzles are well known for their great atomization and flow characteristics. The nozzle number represents the approximate gallons per hour of fluid when at full flow. Generally speaking, running two smaller nozzles is preferred to one larger nozzle for an equal flow to improve fluid atomization and distribution.
