PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE POLICY

At MODE Auto Concepts, we strive to offer competitive pricing across our range. If you find the exact same product at a lower price from an approved Australian retailer, we may offer a price match under the conditions outlined below.

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be identical in every way, including:
    • Brand
    • Model
    • Specifications
    • Finish/variant
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
  • The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer (no private sellers, marketplaces, or overseas stores).
  • The advertised price must be publicly verifiable (e.g. website listing or official quote).

VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY (VIN REQUIREMENT)

Due to the nature of automotive parts:

  • A valid VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or full vehicle details (Make, Model, Year, Variant, Registration) must be provided at the time of the request.
  • Price matches will only be considered where:
    • The competitor’s product is confirmed to suit the exact same vehicle specification, and
    • MODE is satisfied that the part being supplied is correct for the intended application.

MODE reserves the right to decline a price match if compatibility cannot be confidently verified.

EXCLUSIONS

Price matching will not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation, or run-out sales
  • Limited quantity or limited-time promotional offers
  • Auction sites, marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Facebook Marketplace), or private sellers
  • Overseas retailers or grey/import stock
  • Pricing errors or misprints
  • Bundle deals, package pricing, or “buy one get one” offers
  • Custom, made-to-order, or modified products (including wheels, fabricated parts, etc.)
  • Products with differences in quality, origin, or specification

PURCHASE LIMITS

  • Price matches are limited to one (1) unit per customer, per product.
  • MODE reserves the right to limit quantities at its discretion, particularly where competitor pricing is tied to limited stock or clearance conditions.

TIMING OF REQUEST

  • Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase.
  • Requests made after an order has been placed or completed will not be accepted, in line with our no change-of-mind or post-purchase price adjustment policy.

FINAL DECISION

  • All price match requests are subject to review and approval by the MODE management team.
  • MODE reserves the right to:
    • Approve or decline any request at its sole discretion
    • Verify competitor pricing and stock availability
    • Modify or withdraw this policy at any time without notice

IMPORTANT NOTICE

A price match does not override or alter any of MODE’s existing policies, including:

  • No change-of-mind refunds or cancellations
  • Fitment responsibility remains with the purchaser
  • VIN verification limitations as outlined in our Refund Policy and Terms of Sale
