We’re proud to introduce our latest generation of pumps! Our widely successful “Dorch Stage 2” (DS2) has been replaced with our latest and greatest creation; the DS25. This new pump is our “Stage 2.5” which has been completely redesigned and optimized from the ground up. Externally we’ve updated the pump packaging to provide improved hose routing for even easier installations. Internally, we’ve re-worked the pressure chamber, spring rates, plunger depth, and completely optimized the volumetric efficiency of the pump.

What does this mean? It means the most reliable and highest flowing N55 pump on the market just got even MORE reliable and even MORE flow! The DS25 is also designed to run efficiently all the way up to 250 bar in order to maximize the flow potential of upgraded DI injectors:

 

 

Just like our previous generation DS2 kit, there’s no cutting, no bending, no crimping, etc. This kit drops right in with full control from the DME, just like the OEM pump. All of the safety and sophistication of the stock DME remain in place. Software changes are required to run this pump. If using MHD or Bootmod3, simply check the box for our pump upgrade when flashing. Otherwise, please send your .BIN file to tuning@dorchengineering.com for the appropriate software implementation via WinOLS.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Your points and rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.

  2. Under the points programme, one point will be rewarded for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases of products on our website. The current redemption value of the reward points is 1 point = 1 cent.

  3. All Reward Points will expire 1 year from the date they were awarded to your account, following which such unused and expired reward points will be automatically deducted from the balance of your reward points at the relevant time and you will no longer be able to access or use them.

  4. If, after you have earned reward points on a product, you later require a refund, the reward points you earned in respect of the refunded product will be deducted from your account when the products have been received by us and your payment has been refunded.

  5. Reward points are for your personal use only and cannot be transferred, brought, sold or in any way traded.

  6. You can check your points and rewards on your online account. In case of any inconsistency between the membership points reflected in your account and our internal records, the latter shall prevail.

  7. To spend reward points on our website, you must log in to your customer account before selecting the products you wish to purchase. When you enter your payment details, select how many reward points you wish to redeem from the options available.

  8. If you have applied points towards an order, and you wish to partially cancel items off the order, the reward points will be partially refunded as well for your future orders.
